AI Lead – AI Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +7 more countries.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the organization's commercial and technical insights regarding AI, Generative AI, and autonomous agent systems.

• Facilitate executive-level workshops with clients to pinpoint high-ROI AI use cases, evaluate organizational readiness, and create ethical AI adoption roadmaps.

• Design and architect scalable, dependable multi-step autonomous AI agent systems utilizing LLMs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and AutoGen.

• Convert business challenges into technical roadmaps that align with client data governance, security, and compliance requirements, including GDPR and local data regulations.

• Collaborate with sales to structure, scope, and estimate complex AI consulting projects as the subject matter expert.

• Establish best practices, technical standards, and quality assurance processes for AI and MLOps workflows.

• Act as a senior, client-facing consultant who bridges Generative AI technology with strategic client outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in technical consulting and AI architecture.

• Proven experience in building and orchestrating autonomous AI agents, including reasoning, tool utilization, and multi-step planning.

• Experience in designing and deploying production-grade Generative AI applications and Large Language Model (LLM) workflows.

• Previous experience as a billable, client-facing resource in Technical Consulting or Professional Services.

• Expert-level proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks.

• In-depth understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP and associated MLOps tools.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts to executive, non-technical audiences.

• Familiarity with complex enterprise platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, or SAP (preferred).

• Experience with low-code/no-code AI agent builder tools like Flowise or LlamaIndex (preferred).

• Must possess work authorization in the employing country without current or future visa sponsorship needs.
