📋 Description

• Develop AI-driven prototypes that address real-world challenges across various business units.

• Utilize AI-enhanced development tools to accelerate software delivery.

• Collaborate with leaders of business units to pinpoint high-impact AI opportunities and transform them into actionable projects.

• Lead and co-facilitate workshops and sessions aimed at enhancing AI understanding.

• Document effective strategies and disseminate insights.

• Assist teams in establishing repeatable AI methodologies.

• Contribute to the advancement of Harris's AI maturity framework and associated tools.

• Travel to Harris business units and partner locations throughout the year.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical, product, or innovation-related role.

• 1-3 years of practical experience in building applications with AI tools.

• Successfully launched a project using Claude, GPT, Cursor, or comparable technology, with the ability to present the work.

• Proficient in conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Background in healthcare or enterprise software is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Capability to work remotely within the U.S.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
