This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Act as a vital link between digital, creative, and content processes along with their automated execution utilizing AI throughout the global Devoteam group.
• Create, document, and execute AI-powered marketing workflows, encouraging experimentation and speeding up the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
• Develop, construct, and refine automated marketing workflows using low-code/no-code platforms such as Make.com or n8n.
• Integrate and utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) like Gemini and Claude to streamline content creation and operational workflows.
• Oversee, synchronize, and monitor marketing data across primary platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and corporate social media channels.
• Carry out and assist with hands-on creative tasks, encompassing digital copywriting, basic editing, and minor graphic design.
• Spearhead ongoing experimentation with new AI technologies, tools, and frameworks to keep marketing operations at the forefront of innovation.
• Promote "Change Adoption" by mentoring, training, and guiding internal marketing teams to incorporate AI into their everyday practices.
• Work closely with the Group’s Brand & Content Director to ensure strategic coherence, brand consistency, and heightened visibility of innovation initiatives.
• Design and manage data dashboards to evaluate process efficiency, performance, and the ROI of implemented automations.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, Growth Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in constructing complex workflows with automation tools, particularly Make.com or n8n.
• Strong technical proficiency and knowledge of API integrations, webhooks, and prompt engineering for LLMs (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI).
• Comprehensive understanding of CRM environments and marketing data management, preferably with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• An innovative and unconventional mindset with a passion for troubleshooting and transforming manual workflows into automated solutions.
• Basic practical skills in content creation, including copywriting and familiarity with visual design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, or AI-assisted design).
• Exceptional communication, pedagogical, or training abilities, with the capability to lead change management and instruct non-technical teams on technology usage.
• Full professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential, as daily interactions will occur with international teams across the global group.
