AI Infrastructure Design Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and uphold medium-complexity layouts and infrastructure for data halls.

• Execute rack elevations, cable routing plans, and manage power and space planning tasks.

• Perform assessments of the infrastructure and suggest enhancements for efficiency and scalability.

• Work together with cross-functional teams on implementation and deployment initiatives.

• Resolve design conflicts and assist in the resolution of issues.

• Ensure that design documentation adheres to both company and industry standards.

• Aid in maintaining project delivery schedules and tracking milestones.

• Help mentor junior engineers and assess basic design work.

• Operate independently on projects of moderate complexity.

• Contribute to the enhancement of processes and technical standards.

• Manage multiple simultaneous assignments with minimal supervision.

• Solid understanding of data center infrastructure and design standards.

• 2–4 years of pertinent experience in data center or telecommunications infrastructure settings.

• Expertise in AutoCAD and documentation of infrastructure.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
