
AI GTM Architect – Revenue Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Convert GTM strategy into scalable workflows and plays within Outreach. You will develop and refine outbound, inbound, and customer engagement processes—ensuring alignment between leadership objectives and actual field execution.
• Create the communication framework for AI agents to engage with prospects, personalize outreach at scale, and integrate into seller workflows. You will implement agent-driven outcomes such as lead prioritization, automated follow-ups, sequencing, and deal pipeline insights.
• Manage the use of Outreach as the execution system for GTM. You will determine how data, signals, and AI decision-making influence actions—and ensure that workflows are scalable, integrated with CRM and data systems, and designed for genuine adoption in the field.
• Spearhead the internal launch of Outreach's newest AI capabilities and features. You will collaborate with Sales and Enablement to maintain consistent usage and act as a trusted authority on modern sales engagement best practices.
• Conduct ongoing experiments on messaging, sequences, AI prompts, agent behavior, and channel strategies to enhance pipeline generation, conversion rates, and representative productivity.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to gather feedback from revenue teams, pinpoint high-impact use cases, and contribute to shaping the roadmap direction.
• Over 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, GTM Strategy, or a related field
• Profound knowledge of prospecting and customer engagement methodologies
• Practical experience with Outreach or a similar sales engagement platform
• Strong systems thinker—you create scalable workflows rather than isolated tasks
• Background in building or optimizing GTM processes on a large scale
• Familiarity with AI applications in sales and marketing: LLMs, automation, and agents
• Data-driven approach with a proven history in experimentation and performance evaluation
• Excellent skills in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
