This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and manage structured AI governance intake workflows once AI use cases have been officially proposed.
• Ensure that all necessary governance documentation is thorough, precise, and in compliance with enterprise standards.
• Utilize standardized documentation templates, evidence requirements, and expectations for artifacts.
• Confirm that governance checkpoints are fulfilled prior to significant delivery milestones.
• Clarify governance needs, schedules, and roles for delivery teams and sponsors.
• Establish and sustain the comprehensive governance lifecycle for AI projects, from initiation through production usage and eventual retirement.
• Serve as the main coordination point between Enterprise Data & AI teams and risk-related stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Model Risk, etc.).
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Risk, or a related field.
• Current AIGP or a similar certification is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in business processes, compliance, legal, privacy, or program coordination.
• Recent certifications and education related to GenAI and Agentic AI are preferred.
• Experience in managing structured AI governance, policy oversight, risk, compliance, or business processes.
• Proven experience collaborating with business, technology, and risk stakeholders.
