This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Configuration, monitoring, and governance of AI products, including model catalogs, versions, associated datasets, and their traceability within corporate environments (Databricks Unity Catalog, IBM tools, or equivalent).
• Definition of AI governance frameworks, ensuring the standardization of criteria, taxonomies, and documentation (model cards, data sheets) in collaboration with technical and business teams.
• Implementation of risk and compliance controls in AI: evaluation of biases, drift, model quality, decision traceability, and regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, GDPR, and internal compliance frameworks).
• Active participation in AI committees and stakeholder engagements to validate the proper use, evolution, and deployment of models in production.
• Monitoring the lifecycle of AI models: performance, cost per inference/token, quality metrics, adoption, and behavior in production.
• Methodological support in prioritizing AI initiatives: defining KPIs, ROI, acceptance criteria, stage-gates, and assistance in the deployment of MVPs.
• Preparation of executive reporting on the AI portfolio: costs, risks, compliance, adoption, and the status of models in production.
• Knowledge of AI governance and monitoring tools such as watsonx.governance, OpenPages, OpenScale, or equivalent experience in platforms like Databricks (MLflow, Unity Catalog) or Microsoft Purview/Azure AI stack.
• Familiarity with AI governance and data frameworks (DAMA/DMBOK, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, or similar) and best practices for compliance.
• Experience in evaluating AI models: quality metrics, bias, drift, performance, and explainability.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business profiles in corporate AI environments.
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement of governance processes and AI adoption.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work transversally in complex data and AI environments.
• An advanced level of English would be a plus, as part of the team and documentation are international, and we appreciate communication without barriers.
