AI Governance Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Designing and delivering tailored AI Governance training sessions and workshops for a diverse audience, ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives. You'll be expected to fully engage in the entire content creation process through to delivery.

• Assisting clients in outlining their AI governance roadmap and workflows, using guidance derived from industry best practices and established AI governance frameworks.

• Overseeing client engagements, which includes gathering requirements, identifying key milestones, managing project timelines, and iterating based on client feedback.

• Identifying future programs and initiatives that Credo AI can pursue to optimally support customers on their AI Governance journey in the face of a rapidly changing landscape.

• Collaborating across all functions at Credo AI to gather and disseminate AI Governance knowledge.

• Representing Credo AI as the global leader in AI Governance at industry events, webinars, podcasts, panels, and forums to reinforce our standing as pioneers in responsible AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• A solid academic background in ethical AI principles, coupled with practical experience in implementing these principles within a business environment.

• Outstanding communication skills, with the capability to articulate complex socio-technical and ethical AI topics clearly and understandably. This role involves direct interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders globally.

• Proven experience in program or curriculum development, with an emphasis on content creation to produce top-quality training materials such as webinars and workshops.

• Strong business insight and comprehension to understand business processes and the value delivered by AI and AI Governance. Experience in an enterprise context is preferred.

• Preferred technical proficiency in Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and/or LLMs, ensuring you are knowledgeable about the development and deployment of AI and GenAI within an enterprise environment and understand its implications.
