AI Forward Engineer – Product, Project Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the comprehensive delivery of AI-driven applications.

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to establish product requirements and prioritize deliveries.

• Convert business needs into actionable technical plans for engineering teams.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of AI solutions.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance planning, documentation, prototyping, and delivery workflows.

• Continuously seek opportunities to integrate AI into products and internal processes.

• Monitor project progress, eliminate obstacles, and update stakeholders on status.

• Promote rapid iteration and ongoing improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, Technical Account Manager, or in a related role.

• Strong comprehension of modern AI applications and products powered by LLM.

• Active user of AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.

• Enthusiasm for developing with AI and exploring new workflows ("vibe coding").

• Experience collaborating closely with software engineering teams.

• Strong sense of ownership and the capability to drive projects independently.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient English communication skills (both written and verbal).
