AI-Focused Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop AI-generated and AI-assisted video creatives tailored for paid social advertising on Meta and TikTok.

• Create AI visuals, scenes, product shots, characters, avatars, and UGC-style content based on creative briefs and campaign specifications.

• Convert concepts and scripts into AI-generated video assets while ensuring brand, audience, and offer consistency.

• Blend AI-generated footage with traditional editing methods to produce refined advertisements.

• Edit both AI-generated and traditional footage into UGC-style, direct-response, and product-centric video ads.

• Create efficient variations, including hooks, visuals, CTAs, and creative perspectives.

• Produce quick-paced edits featuring visual transitions, pacing adjustments, captions, text overlays, sound design, music, and motion graphics.

• Explore AI video tools and workflows to enhance quality, speed, and production capacity.

• Work from briefs, scripts, successful ad references, and performance analytics.

• Translate concepts into various AI-generated visual styles for testing purposes.

• Implement feedback and revision notes promptly and accurately.

• Repurpose high-performing concepts into new formats, angles, target audiences, or visual styles.

• Receive and interpret briefs, posing clarifying questions as necessary.

• Submit initial cuts and AI-generated assets within established timelines.

• Organize project files, prompts, source materials, generated assets, and exports in accordance with team SOPs.

• Stay informed about emerging AI video tools and share valuable insights.

• Support high-volume creative production across a variety of brands and markets.

• Collaborate with Creative Strategists, Video Editors, and the broader creative team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in creating or editing short-form video ads for paid social, UGC, DTC, direct-response, or performance marketing.

• Practical experience with AI video generation and creative tools.

• Robust portfolio that highlights video editing expertise and AI-generated or AI-assisted projects.

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar professional video editing software.

• Strong grasp of hooks, pacing, audience retention, CTA placement, and Meta/TikTok video formats.

• Capability to transform creative briefs and scripts into compelling, high-performing video ads.

• Experience in efficiently creating multiple creative variations for testing purposes.

• Ability to merge AI-generated assets with traditional editing while maintaining high-quality output.

• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and respond positively to feedback.

• Strong advantages include: Experience in producing AI UGC-style content; familiarity with Sora, Higgsfield, Arcads, InfiniteTalk, or similar platforms; knowledge of ElevenLabs, Leonardo.ai, Freepik, and ChatGPT; experience in editing DTC, e-commerce, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer product ads; solid understanding of direct-response advertising and performance marketing.
