📋 Description

• AI-Augmented Frontend Development: Utilize Cursor, Copilot, and LLMs as essential tools to create components, develop tests, and refine UI logic at a rapid pace. The quality of your prompts is an integral part of the craft.

• Claude Agent Team Orchestration: Manage Claude agent teams through the Claude Agent SDK to perform parallelizable frontend tasks — such as generating component variants, writing test suites, auditing accessibility, and producing design-to-code translations at scale. You possess the expertise to structure agent prompts, validate outputs, and seamlessly integrate agent-generated code into the production codebase.

• Aesthetic Engineering: Convert high-fidelity Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive experiences that maintain visual integrity across various device sizes and breakpoints.

• Performance Ownership: Take responsibility for Core Web Vitals — optimizing LCP, INP, and bundle size. Possess a deep understanding of hydration, streaming SSR, and caching strategies.

• AI UI Integration: Develop and uphold frontend interfaces that utilize LLM outputs — including streaming text, structured responses, and tool-call results — in a manner that feels fluid and dependable to end users.

• State Architecture: Create resilient client-side state capable of managing real-time clinical data, optimistic updates, and intricate form flows throughout the patient journey.

• Compliance & Security: Ensure that all interfaces comply with HIPAA/SOC2 standards, focusing on secure data management, audit trails, and protection of PII.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of professional frontend engineering experience.

• AI-Native Workflow: Demonstrated ability to showcase how AI has enhanced your frontend output. Examples or portfolio are required.

• The Dual-Threat Portfolio: Proven track record of building both visually polished, high-traffic marketing sites and intricate, data-driven SaaS applications.

• Uncompromising Eye for Detail: You notice when spacing is off by 2px and are diligent enough to correct it. Typography, micro-interactions, and motion are integral parts of your work.

• High Agency: Capable of self-direction, thriving in ambiguity, and making impactful frontend decisions without constant oversight.

• Communication: Professional proficiency in English for technical documentation and collaboration across functions.
