This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Manage the complete pre-sales field cycle, including discovery, POC scoping, model evaluations, and final model selection.

• Deliver production code within customer environments.

• Implement and optimize open-model LLMs utilizing vLLM, SGLang, and TensorRT-LLM.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine deal strategies.

• Establish relationships with engineers and executives within customer organizations.

• Take ownership of the technical success from the initial discovery call to production.

• Engage directly with VP Engineering, Head of AI/ML, and CTO-level partners at both enterprise and AI-native customers.

• Travel to enterprise customers as required.

• A minimum of 3 years in a client-facing AI/ML role.

• Practical experience with open-model LLM inference and/or fine-tuning.

• Experience with hyperscalers in an AI context, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Strong proficiency in Python.

• Familiarity with GPU infrastructure and Kubernetes.

• Background in an AI-native company or a SaaS organization focused on developing AI features.

• A history of full-time employment.

• Willingness to travel to enterprise customers as necessary.

• Capability to deploy and fine-tune open-model LLMs with vLLM, SGLang, and TensorRT-LLM.

• Experience with SFT baseline; DPO/RFT experience is a significant advantage.

• Technical expertise in customer-facing roles across engineering and executive stakeholders.

• Must be authorized to work in the US or eligible for available US visa transfer/sponsorship options.
