• Collaborate & Innovate: Work alongside Enterprise Architects, Engagement Managers, and Product teams to establish customer requirements/use cases, facilitate technical workshops, and co-develop tailored GenAI and Agentic solutions.

• Lead with Vision: Craft the enterprise narrative surrounding GenAI and Agentic—convert intricate architectures into straightforward strategies, promote best practices, and influence both internal and external audiences through workshops, whitepapers, and thought leadership.

• Advise & Align: Act as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders—navigate enterprise customers through the GenAI and Agentic landscape, link innovation with business outcomes, and ensure solutions are in sync with strategic priorities and long-term value.

• Prototype Rapidly: Embrace an AI-first experimentation approach—create proof points in a matter of days, refine based on feedback, and generate quick wins for our internal and external clients.

• Architect End-to-End: Design, architect, and convey full-stack applications and microservices—integrating Adobe Experience Cloud products with GenAI technologies, with hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Platform Orchestrator, Agents, and Composer.

• Bridge to Product: Collect field-validated use cases and relay them back to Product & Engineering—contributing to the Agentic roadmap.

• Operate at Speed: Excel in a dynamic, start-up-like atmosphere—manage delivery sprints, address challenges both on-site and remotely, and adapt to changing AI trends.

• Train & Elevate: Document your methodologies, prompts, and patterns in our internal knowledge base—empowering the entire organization to accelerate progress.


⛳️ Requirements

• Full-Stack Expertise: Over 3 years of experience as a full-stack developer or technical consultant in building and launching production software (React.js/Next.js/Angular; Node.js/Java Spring Boot; REST/GraphQL, HTML, JavaScript, Java, XML).

• GenAI Mastery: Comprehensive hands-on experience with contemporary AI technologies, including: Large Language Models (LLMs) – OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Meta Llama, Mistral, etc. || Diffusion models (Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, Midjourney) || Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), and semantic search || Fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model optimization || AI agent frameworks (AutoGen, LangChain, LlamaIndex) || Multimodal AI (text, image, video, audio processing).

• Cloud & DevOps Expertise: Skilled with core services (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, CloudFormation) and AI/ML tools (SageMaker, Bedrock) || Azure: Experience with compute (VMs, Functions), storage (Blob), and AI services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services) || Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless deployments || CI/CD & IaC: GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, or equivalent || Monitoring & Logging: CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Datadog, or similar.

• AI Tinkerer: An AI-native innovator who integrates AI into daily workflows and dedicates free time to exploring and inventing AI possibilities. You stay informed about market trends involving third-party models, GPUs, and new AI applications.

• Adobe Fluency: Profound understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud integrations (AEM, Workfront Fusion, AJO or equivalent experience) and ideally familiar with: Adobe Creative Cloud APIs/SDK/CEP, Firefly Services APIs.

• Customer-Centricity: Consistently prioritizing customer needs and expectations in all actions. You excel at fostering a culture of customer-centricity within your team and the broader ecosystem.

• Strong communicator: You simplify complex AI concepts for both architects and executives, guiding customers through technical decisions aligned with business goals.

• Startup DNA: Flourishes in fast-paced, ambiguous settings—constantly seeking improved, quicker, and more innovative methods to meet customer objectives and challenges.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer-related engagements.
