AI Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Drive and contribute to the AI Engineering strategy that supports the company’s consumer AI initiatives.

• Lead several multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop solutions utilizing technologies such as Python, LangSmith, OpenAI, Gemini, Databricks, and contemporary agent frameworks.

• Establish best practices for the development of AI-native products, encompassing evaluation frameworks, test sets, search systems, observability, and AI-centric CI/CD processes.

• Assess and implement top-tier open-source and commercial tools that support MCP Servers, agent-to-agent communication, workflow orchestration, and AI development ecosystems.

• Empower teams to craft innovative AI experiences, featuring streaming interactions, long-running workflows, procedural UX, and intelligent automation.

• Cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing engineering culture that emphasizes growth and continuous learning.

• Collaborate closely with product, technology, and business stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and sustained innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of post-degree experience in software engineering.

• More than 7 years of experience in leading and developing high-performing Agile engineering teams.

• At least 2 years of experience delivering significant, large-scale machine learning or AI-driven products.

• Demonstrated experience in building backend platforms that support multiple product lines.

• Strong comprehension of modern AI technologies, LLM ecosystems, and agent-based architectures.

• Capability to influence and collaborate effectively across technical, product, and business functions.

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or a related discipline.
