AI Engineering Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the advancement of LLM and agent-based architectures.

• Create systems designed for high concurrency (voice, chat, event-driven).

• Enhance orchestration, observability, and control layers.

• Address genuine production challenges such as latency, stability, and cost.

• Foster an AI-native engineering culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 9 years of experience in software development with at least 4 years in a technical leadership role.

• Proven hands-on experience implementing AI in live product environments with systems that are actively utilized and continually evolving.

• Strong foundation in scalable distributed systems.

• Active engagement with LLMs, agents, or automation in real-world applications.

• Proficient in working across the stack, with a comprehensive understanding of modern web architectures.

• Experience in cloud environments (AWS or similar).

• A strong sense of ownership and execution mindset.

• Practical experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.

• Proficient English communication skills.

• Preferred: background in fintech or digital financial products.
