AI Engineering Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI/ML models and applications.

• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Construct and enhance data pipelines and inference workflows.

• Create prototypes and AI-driven applications in cloud environments such as AWS.

• Work with both structured and unstructured datasets, including text, APIs, and image data.

• Experiment with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering methodologies, and AI APIs.

• Document code, experiments, and technical insights to facilitate team collaboration and knowledge sharing.

• Engage in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions with the Engineering team.

• Present project outcomes and insights to both technical and business stakeholders.

• Assist with additional projects and initiatives as necessary across the department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related area.

• Proficient programming skills and familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, natural language processing, or machine learning principles.

• Understanding of software engineering basics including data structures, algorithms, and version control systems.

• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps practices is preferred.

• Previous internship, research experience, or personal AI/ML projects are preferred.

• Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to learn.

• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
