AI Engineer – Technical Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• As a Founding AI Engineer, you will collaborate directly with the founder to conceptualize, develop, and refine various AI systems.

• The projects will encompass a range of areas, including computer vision, image manipulation, automated video generation, and agentic data analysis.

• You will oversee the entire pipeline: from researching and developing optimal AI models to deploying scalable web applications.

• Modern Developer: You have moved beyond "manual-only" coding. You are proficient with tools such as GPT Codex, Claude code, and Replit, enabling you to build at an accelerated pace.

• AI Generalist: You are adept at working across various AI domains, including LLMs (Text/Reasoning), Diffusion (Image/Video), and Vision models.

• Agile & Adaptive: You excel in an environment where projects are dynamic. You are a quick learner who can master a new AI framework or API within a weekend.

• Hacker Mindset: You prioritize ROI. You develop lean MVPs, test them within our real-world e-commerce operations, and subsequently refine them for scalability.

• Architecture-Aware: You understand how to integrate multiple AI models into a cohesive "Agentic" workflow that autonomously manages complex tasks.

• Stack: Proficient in Next.js / Python (FastAPI).

• AI Frameworks: Familiarity with ComfyUI / Diffusers, IP-Adapters, ControlNet, and Agentic frameworks (LangChain/CrewAI).

• Infrastructure: Experience with Serverless GPU providers such as Replicate, Fal, and RunPod.

• Integrations: Skilled in connecting various APIs to create efficient automated systems.
