AI Engineer – Search & Matching

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance retrieval systems across extensive, complex real-world datasets at scale

• Create LLM pipelines for comprehending queries, resumes, and job descriptions

• Implement and modify search-relevance techniques

• Construct interactive prototypes enabling product managers and stakeholders to test your methodologies hands-on before any deployment

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related discipline from a prestigious program

• Practical experience in developing applied ML or LLM systems

• Profound knowledge in data science

• Proficient in Python and capable of managing a pipeline from start to finish

• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues who are not experts in ML
