AI Engineer – Portfolio Recommendation Agents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement the long-term product strategy for Semiotic.ai’s micropayments platform.

• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to ensure product direction aligns with the company's vision and funding objectives.

• Convert intricate technological capabilities into a clear roadmap, ensuring it reflects market trends and customer demands.

• Perform extensive market research and user discovery to grasp the shifting landscape of micropayments, DeFi, and autonomous transactions.

• Regularly evaluate customer sentiment, ecosystem requirements, and competitor positioning to inform product strategy.

• Cultivate strong relationships with key partners, developers, and early adopters.

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of the micropayments product—from initial concept through launch and ongoing iterations.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams (engineering, design, research, partnerships) to produce high-quality, scalable solutions.

• Set KPIs and success metrics to gauge product performance and adoption.

• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing product team that grows with the company.

• Promote a culture of ownership, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.

• Establish team structure, processes, and best practices for exemplary product management.

• Assist in fundraising by creating compelling product narratives and participating in investor discussions.

• Partner with marketing and partnerships to develop go-to-market strategies that enhance adoption and visibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a Head of Product, Director of Product, or Lead PM position.

• Strong expertise in Web3, AI, fintech, or payment infrastructure.

• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling B2B or protocol-level products.

• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, with a knack for aligning diverse teams around a unified vision.

• Strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity and can make data-driven, impactful decisions.

• Enthusiasm for decentralized systems, emerging financial models, and the intersection of AI and blockchain.
