AI Engineer – Personalization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement multi-agent AI systems for reasoning, planning, and task execution.

• Create RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines utilizing orchestration tools and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Azure AI Foundry.

• Enhance model serving for low-latency and high-throughput inference through frameworks like KServe, Triton Inference Server, or Ray Serve.

• Develop observability and evaluation frameworks to track agent reasoning, success rates, and failure instances.

• Collaborate with ML and data engineers to seamlessly integrate structured and unstructured data sources into agent workflows.

• Implement security and alignment measures (guardrails, prompt injection prevention, red-teaming) to ensure dependable behavior.

• Operate within a CI/CD environment (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD) for fast iteration and dependable deployment.

• Engage in architectural decisions related to distributed systems, GPU utilization, caching strategies, and memory management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in Python (for rapid prototyping) and C++/Go (for performance-sensitive components).

• Demonstrated experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Mistral, or similar technologies).

• Hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel).

• Comprehensive understanding of search and retrieval systems (vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus).

• Knowledge of distributed systems and experience in deploying ML models in Kubernetes/AKS/EKS/GKE environments.

• Familiarity with ONNX Runtime, TensorRT, or DeepSpeed for optimizing inference.

• Experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep).

• Awareness of AI security (prompt injection, data leakage, adversarial testing).
