AI Engineer – Mid-senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Spearhead innovations in AI/ML - from ideation and research to proof of concepts and full-scale product feature development.

• Serve as a GenAI specialist - stay updated on the latest news and trends in the AI field.

• Engage in hands-on experimentation with new concepts, AI frameworks, and related tools for various applications - including context management, memory, retrieval, agentic loops, A2A, and numerous other solutions.

• Participate in product development - collaborating with PMs during the discovery phase and delivering results within cross-functional teams.

• Assess new LLMs (both proprietary and open-source), evaluating their performance, cost, and additional metrics.

• Bonus: Act as an AI ambassador to foster the understanding and adoption of AI both internally and externally at nexos.ai.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record of working on AI/ML projects in a production environment.

• Professional proficiency in developing Python applications; designing, implementing, and maintaining AI systems.

• Solid understanding of various AI developer frameworks and tools.

• Experience with proprietary or open-source LLMs for text, embeddings, or multi-modal applications.

• Mastery in prompt engineering and evaluation methodologies.

• A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to effectively plan your tasks.
