This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Create and deploy the autonomous agent framework that seamlessly integrates workflows into a chat-first interface.
• Develop and implement autonomous agents that can accept requests, gather relevant context, determine subsequent actions, and deliver completed tasks with minimal human intervention.
• Design the tool-API layer enabling agents to safely and audibly trigger real-world actions (such as emails, filings, and database updates) from the outset.
• Establish the core infrastructure of our agents: a high-speed context engine that processes complex inbox threads, documents, and notes, delivering only the most accurate information to the model.
• Oversee the entire evaluation stack, including datasets, rapid performance benchmarks, and real-time telemetry, allowing us to prototype within hours, conduct A/B testing with actual metrics, and confidently deploy to production (or revert changes) as necessary.
• Integrate red-team testing, personal information scrubbing, and role-based access controls directly into the inference pathway, ensuring safety is inherently designed rather than an afterthought.
• Develop an internal platform where Product Managers and engineers can create, test, and share agent chains in just minutes without the need for local setup.
• 5+ years of experience in developing production-ready frontend applications.
• Motivated by speed, innovation, and creating products that users truly appreciate.
• Proven track record of rapidly designing, building, and refining product prototypes.
• Strong enthusiasm for thoroughly understanding and addressing customer challenges.
• Demonstrated capability to independently design and deliver impactful products.
• Daily hands-on experience with AI-driven coding tools (such as Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, Codex).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS (including preprocessors), TypeScript, and contemporary frontend frameworks (preferably React).
• Comprehensive understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and frontend performance optimization.
• Familiarity with design systems (e.g., Storybook, Radix, shadcn/ui) and component-based architectures.
• Experience with modern build systems and tooling (including Vite, Webpack, Next.js, Remix, Indexdb, TanStack).
• Knowledge of testing tools (such as Jest, Testing Library, Playwright) and quality assurance practices for frontend applications.
• Appreciation for elegant code and the discipline of UI engineering, focusing on clean, maintainable, and expressive solutions.
• Bonus: Experience with AI/LLM interfaces or agentic UIs is a significant advantage.
• Health insurance
• Retirement plans
• Paid time off
• Flexible work arrangements
• Professional development
