AI Engineer, Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Integrate AI platforms with internal systems to facilitate various business use cases.

• Develop AI prototypes and demonstrations to promote adoption and highlight capabilities.

• Offer technical guidance, mentor teams, and assist in cross-functional AI projects.

• Convert business challenges into AI use cases and technical solutions.

• Participate in Agile delivery teams and engage in iterative development cycles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Basic understanding of programming concepts, software design, and software development principles.

• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.

• Familiarity with Agentic AI systems.

• Knowledge of core machine learning concepts and their implementations.

• Experience with Azure cloud platforms and AI services.

• Proficient in DevOps practices.

• Experience in developing microservices using Flask, Django, or Spring (Java) frameworks.

• Practical experience with GitHub Copilot and other AI tools for developers.

• Ability to work within Agile delivery teams and engage in iterative development cycles.

• Experience in translating business challenges into AI use cases and technical solutions.
