AI Engineer Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Taking ownership of the entire project lifecycle — from initial scoping to delivering production-ready code

• Developing and refining AI systems: LLM pipelines, agents, retrieval systems, evaluation frameworks, or prompt optimization

• Producing high-quality, thoroughly tested, and well-documented code for both users and agents

• Engaging in daily standups, code reviews, and architectural discussions

• Promoting state-of-the-art AI practices and tool utilization

• Assisting the team in enhancing their AI capabilities

• Showcasing your work to both the team and leadership

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Python, Javascript, or Ruby

• Experience with Git, testing, and delivering real software

• Developed agents, explored innovative prompting techniques, or launched AI tools as personal projects

• A self-motivated individual with a hacker mentality

• Inquisitive and opinionated regarding AI tools
