AI Engineer – Healthcare Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, implement, and enhance AI-driven workflows and automation systems throughout the organization.

• Create and launch AI-powered agents for both internal processes and possible customer-facing applications.

• Construct AI workflows utilizing platforms and APIs such as OpenAI and Claude.

• Develop and fine-tune prompt logic to meet business needs.

• Monitor agent performance and refine workflows to ensure reliability and effectiveness.

• Identify opportunities for integrating AI into current business processes.

• Analyze departmental workflows and automate repetitive or inefficient tasks.

• Create scalable automations using platforms like Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar tools.

• Connect CRM, scheduling, reporting, and operational systems into cohesive workflows.

• Utilize APIs and webhooks for dependable data exchange.

• Troubleshoot and enhance integrations and automations.

• Develop automated reporting systems and dashboards for vital business metrics.

• Consolidate data from various platforms and locations.

• Ensure precise and consistent synchronization across connected systems.

• Enhance visibility into performance across locations, services, and teams.

• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize impactful AI and automation initiatives.

• Create and implement a 6–12 month AI and automation implementation strategy.

• Translate operational challenges into actionable technical solutions.

• Assess emerging AI and automation technologies.

• Continuously enhance systems as business needs change.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in automation, systems integration, technical operations, or related fields.

• Demonstrated experience in building and deploying workflows using Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar automation platforms.

• Practical experience implementing AI tools and APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or equivalent technologies.

• Experience in integrating multiple software platforms and operational systems.

• Proven ability to independently manage technical or automation projects from concept to deployment.

• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and systems integration.

• Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms and scalable automation solutions.

• Proficiency in connecting CRM platforms, scheduling systems, reporting tools, and operational software.

• Experience with data and reporting systems, ensuring data consistency, and enhancing business performance visibility.

• Familiarity with Airtable, Notion, or similar tools.

• Capability to troubleshoot automation failures, integration challenges, and inconsistent data flows.

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python scripting is an advantage.

• Availability to work from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST.
