📋 Description

• Create comprehensive AI Solutions: Design, construct, and oversee production-ready Machine Learning models and automated agents to enhance multi-step operational decision-making processes.

• Enhance Operational Workflows: Partner with Finance, Facilities, and Information Technology teams to develop robust Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipelines and integrate predictive tools into current warehouse and logistics systems.

• Ensure AI Safety and Compliance: Guarantee the responsible implementation of all systems by conducting thorough model validation, upholding stringent data governance, and reducing risk or bias in automated decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning engineering or advanced analytics, ideally in the logistics, supply chain, or transportation sectors.

• Advanced technical proficiency in Python and SQL, with demonstrated experience in scaling "agentic" workflows and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using tools like LangChain or n8n.

• Established capability in strategic problem-solving and rapid prototyping, alongside the communication skills needed to articulate complex model outputs to non-technical business leaders.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
