AI Engineer – FFG AI Fellowship, Part-Time, Founding Cohort

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop internal AI agents and automation utilized in production across our brands.

• Transform manual, repetitive workflows into dependable agents, while maintaining ownership of their quality, cost, and reliability.

• Guide non-technical teams to adopt AI-native practices to amplify their leverage.

• Assist in establishing the standards, technology stack, and practices that the full-time AI team will operate on.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are currently building with LLMs and agents in production environments, not just in demonstrations.

• You have successfully shipped and managed real systems, ensuring their reliability, cost-effectiveness, and quality.

• You are currently in a leadership or mentoring role for engineers in a strong organization.

• You desire to engage in pioneering work and have genuine ownership without the need to leave your current job.

• Preferred: Experience in establishing AI tools or an AI function within a company.

• A proven history of enhancing non-technical teams' capabilities with new tools.

• A solid academic record from a prestigious university.

• Experience in or alongside mission-driven sectors such as nonprofit, education, healthcare, or associations.
