AI Engineer, Entry-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement AI agents for both internal applications and customer-oriented scenarios

• Engage with cutting-edge and open-source models (such as Claude, GPT-based models, and new frameworks)

• Quickly prototype concepts, evaluate their performance, and refine based on findings

• Connect AI models with APIs, workflows, and business processes

• Investigate and utilize emerging AI tools, libraries, and agent frameworks

• Work collaboratively with teams to pinpoint areas where AI can enhance efficiency or automation

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (completed or underway)

• Proficient programming abilities, preferably in Python

• Experience with APIs and basic backend integration

• Demonstrated interest in AI/ML via personal projects, experiments, or academic coursework

• A high ownership mindset — capable of addressing ambiguous problems and independently devising solutions

• Comfortable navigating rapidly evolving environments with limited structure

• Strong analytical and experimental mindset

• Nice to Have: Experience in developing personal AI projects, bots, or automation tools

• Familiarity with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or agent frameworks

• Exposure to cloud platforms or deployment tools

• GitHub portfolio or active projects showcasing your work
