AI Engineer, Data Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborates with end-users to articulate moderately to complex business requirements, data definitions, business rules, and data quality criteria in support of enterprise data intelligence initiatives.

• Develops specifications for reports and analyses based on business and clinical requirements, as well as the necessary or available data elements.

• Generates data sets, reports, ad-hoc requests, dashboards, and more.

• Performs data analysis to support a variety of analytical solutions.

• Provides specialized expertise required to construct, validate, and operationalize AI and analytical solutions within a secure healthcare setting.

• Aids in Azure Fabric migration by creating reusable data models, pipelines, semantic layers, AI-ready datasets, and governance-aligned reporting assets.

• Speeds up the delivery of predictive analytics, natural language processing, automation, anomaly detection, and self-service intelligence to minimize manual analysis, identify risks earlier, and enhance decision-making speed across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience with SQL and proven proficiency with various query tools such as Python, R, Oracle, Microsoft SQL, Tableau, etc.

• Experience in developing Epic Clarity reports is preferred.

• Practical experience in conducting reporting analysis and creating custom reports.

• Knowledge of databases utilized in patient care, administrative applications for hospitals, and data warehousing technologies.

• Experience in analyzing basic to moderately complex Clarity report requests, Reporting Workbench, and Radar build requests.

• Proven understanding of healthcare applications and the needs and priorities of patient care providers.

• Technical expertise in Reporting Workbench and Radar build, with the ability to teach advanced concepts related to Reporting Workbench and Radar build.
