AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and expansion of the next generation of AI-driven systems

• Work closely with engineering and product teams to create innovative AI functionalities

• Assess and track the performance of AI models

• Keep informed about the latest developments in AI and machine learning research

• Apply rigorous testing and CI/CD methodologies in the development of AI systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software engineering and AI/ML development

• Expertise in production software (Python) and system architecture

• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and model development techniques

• Familiarity with ML lifecycle tools such as MLflow, DVC, and Weights & Biases

• Experience with deploying ML systems in cloud environments

• Professional background in large language models (LLMs) and large-scale modeling

• Strong software engineering capabilities with a proven history of building scalable, distributed machine learning products

• Product-oriented mindset: ability to interpret product requirements and devise strategies for LLM application

• Capacity to convey complex concepts and ideas clearly and effectively.
