AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Designing, constructing, and launching AI and Generative AI solutions (such as LLM-powered applications, chatbots, and intelligent systems).

• Developing and refining prompt engineering strategies, including evaluation and iterative processes.

• Creating RAG pipelines utilizing vector databases.

• Integrating LLMs and AI models into cloud-based applications and APIs.

• Implementing agent-based workflows and AI automation solutions.

• Continuously researching, assessing, and applying new AI tools, models, and frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Python for AI application development.

• Practical experience with LLMs and Generative AI (including OpenAI and open-source models).

• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering in production scenarios.

• Proficiency in using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.

• Experience in designing and implementing RAG architectures and working with vector databases (such as Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate).

• Experience in developing and deploying AI-powered applications within cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Knowledge of AI safety, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.

• Proficient in speaking and writing in English.
