AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop, optimize, and manage voice agents utilizing ElevenLabs - including conversational TTS, voice agents, and call integrations for genuine customer interactions, predominantly in Filipino (Tagalog).

• Create prompts and dialogue workflows for voice applications such as collections outreach, payment reminders, and customer support - mainly in Filipino, incorporating English as customers switch languages.

• Seamlessly integrate voice agents with our current AI infrastructure (offline ASR, collection agent) and refine based on actual call results.

• Assess agent performance against labeled calls and business indicators - including script adherence, intent management, conversion rates, and customer experience.

• Generate reports and dashboards in Databricks to monitor voice pipeline efficiency, call quality, agent KPIs, and overall business impact.

• Work alongside customer service and collections teams to convert business processes into voice automation solutions.

• Take full ownership of your products from inception to deployment, including monitoring and evaluating their economic impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Python - our main programming language for AI services and data operations.

• Practical experience with ElevenLabs (voice agents, TTS, or conversational AI).

• Strong skills in prompt engineering - designing, testing, and refining prompts based on labeled data and real conversations.

• Experience in creating reports and dashboards in Databricks (SQL, notebooks, dashboards).

• Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).

• Ability to work autonomously, act swiftly, and deliver iteratively — our team appreciates a startup pace and MVP-first mentality.

• Nice to Have:

• Experience with additional voice technologies (ASR, TTS providers beyond ElevenLabs, telephony systems).

• Background in developing customer-facing voice assistants or IVRs.

• Familiarity with agent frameworks like Pydantic-AI or LangChain.

• Knowledge of AWS (S3, RDS, EKS) and containerized deployments.

• Proficiency in Filipino (Tagalog) or experience in launching voice products for Filipino-speaking users.

• Comfort with evaluation frameworks for conversational AI.
