AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain the agent harness.

• Take ownership of the evaluation stack.

• Conduct prompt and behavior engineering, along with retrieval/RAG at scale.

• Host and enhance our own small-scale models.

• Collaborate closely with Product teams and subject matter experts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant experience.

• Strong proficiency in Python.

• Practical experience in building LLM and agentic systems at scale within production settings.

• Evaluation treated as a top-tier discipline: golden datasets, LLM-as-judge, human evaluation, A/B testing.

• Solid understanding of applied LLM/ML and AI infrastructure.

• Familiarity with model fine-tuning and post-training methods (SFT, DPO, RL).

• A balanced mix of technical, business, and product expertise.

• Fluent in English (knowledge of French is a plus, but not required).
