AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop, secure, and enhance a multi-agent sourcing system.

• Take ownership of significant components within the production agentic stack.

• Create observability and evaluation infrastructure to assess the agent's performance accuracy.

• Connect the agent with supplier systems, document workflows, and internal processes.

• Suggest and implement experiments involving novel models, memory architectures, and context strategies.

• Review AI research papers and execute production primitives.

• Oversee the system's performance in real supplier interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be located in the Philippines.

• Legal eligibility to work in the Philippines.

• Extensive hands-on experience in developing and deploying agentic or multi-agent systems.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted default coding workflows and the ability to explain their effectiveness and applications.

• Initiative in experimenting with innovative AI concepts.

• Experience in constructing observability and evaluation systems for AI products, including traces, evals, replay, and regression detection.

• A practical builder mindset is essential.

• Preferred: Production experience with LLM memory, persistent context, or large-scale context engineering.

• Preferred: Contributions to open-source projects in the agent or evaluation domains.

• Preferred: Experience working across different time zones.
