AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven functionalities—including agents, intelligent assistants, context-aware predictions, and generative AI—utilizing Python, leading LLMs, TypeScript, React, Canvas, and WebGL.

• Create efficient AI workflows by leveraging LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini), prompt engineering, and generative methodologies—ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

• Implement comprehensive AI projects from ideation and prototyping through to production, working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers.

• Explore and refine AI capabilities within your team’s domain, keeping up-to-date with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

• Advocate for best practices in AI system development—including evaluations, LLMOps, CI/CD, observability, and ethical AI principles.

• Assess and enhance AI performance by establishing benchmarks for user engagement, model accuracy, latency, error rates, and drift.

• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, engaging in code reviews and technical discussions across the stream.

• Diagnose and resolve production issues to ensure high availability and optimal performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience with a proven history of delivering AI-first capabilities in customer-facing products—creating value through features that users directly engage with.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., TypeScript, React, etc.).

• Proven expertise in prompt engineering and context engineering using leading LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini).

• Ability to produce high-quality, production-ready code within complex codebases.

• Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks and a history of creating evaluations that significantly inform model selection, prompt iteration, or feature quality.

• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including probabilistic modeling, evaluation techniques, and deep neural networks.

• Experience with LLMOps and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Amazon Bedrock, etc.).

• AI-First Proficiency. We are building for an AI-first future and are seeking graduates who are not only utilizing AI but mastering it.

• Nice-to-have: Experience with rendering technologies such as WebGL, Canvas API, or 2D graphics libraries (PixiJS, Skia).

• Nice-to-have: Experience with real-time technologies (WebSocket).

• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with vector databases, RAG pipelines, LangChain, or agent frameworks.

• Nice-to-have: Experience in multi-modal AI or long-context handling.

• Nice-to-have: Knowledge of ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
