AI Engineer

Posted Jun 20

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Developing and deploying AI agents along with agentic workflows utilizing the client's internal agent framework and contemporary orchestration tools (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar).

• Creating and executing RAG pipelines, which includes chunking strategies, embeddings, and vector store integrations (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector).

• Transforming and organizing financial documents (PDFs, DOCX reports, tables, CIM/DDQ materials) into clean, machine-readable formats using Python.

• Connecting REST APIs and cloud services to integrate agent workflows with current business systems and data infrastructure.

• Managing the complete delivery cycle for each project: defining scope, development, testing, deployment, and transitioning to business users.

• Equipping agents for observability, crafting test harnesses for non-deterministic behaviors, and ensuring that failures are explicit and managed gracefully.

• Engaging proactively with the client-side team—highlighting obstacles early, clearly documenting solutions, and keeping stakeholders informed without prompting.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Python development.

• Practical experience in constructing agentic AI workflows using LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar).

• Familiarity with Claude API (Anthropic) including prompt engineering, tool usage, multi-turn conversations, and streaming.

• Solid understanding of RAG pipeline design: including chunking, embedding models, and vector stores.

• Experience in document processing, such as PDF/DOCX extraction, generating structured outputs, and table parsing.

• Proficient in integrating REST APIs and working across the technology stack—data transformation, prompt engineering, and deployment.

• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate minimum).

• Proactive work ethic: addresses issues early, communicates without prompting, and considers documentation as part of the deliverable.

• Background in a regulated or security-sensitive environment, or a clear commitment to data integrity and auditability.

• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI or the Microsoft Azure ecosystem is beneficial.

• Experience with V7 Go or other document-intelligence / PE-focused AI platforms is an advantage.

• Understanding of financial document structures such as CIM, DDQ, LP reports, and IC memos (domain awareness is required, but a PE background is not necessary).

🏝️ Benefits

• 18 working days of fully paid vacation.

• 10 compensated sick leave days at 50% without requiring a doctor's note.

• Option to take study leaves.

• Various health insurance packages available from partners.

• 50% reimbursement for corporate English language courses.

• Access to an offline library.

• Extensive selection of corporate training and classes.

• Opportunity to request any internal or external training or certification relevant to work responsibilities.
