AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement sophisticated AI solutions that emphasize generative capabilities and conversational AI.

• Create context-aware, autonomous AI agents utilizing modern frameworks to address complex business logic and streamline workflows.

• Collaborate with data engineers to preprocess and curate extensive datasets for model training and testing.

• Experiment with cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and refine foundational models for production readiness.

• Construct and launch scalable, production-ready AI pipelines.

• Analyze and enhance AI model performance to align with business objectives.

• Keep abreast of developments in GenAI, LLMs, and agentic systems, while proposing innovative product solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in constructing ML/AI models, particularly with a focus on modern LLM implementations.

• Strong proficiency in Python along with experience in advanced AI/LLM ecosystem libraries such as transformers, vLLM, accelerate, PEFT/LoRA, or DSPy.

• Proven experience in building and deploying RESTful APIs using FastAPI or Flask to serve AI models in a production environment.

• Extensive knowledge in developing applications using LLMs like Gemini, GPT-4, or Claude.

• Familiarity with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.

• Practical experience with Google AI SDK, OpenAI SDK, and N8N.

• Profound understanding of AI agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.

• Understanding of vector databases, RAG pipelines, and platforms like Supabase.

• Knowledge of the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

• Experience in developing and fine-tuning deep learning models using TensorFlow or PyTorch.

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying machine learning models.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.

• Preferred: advanced techniques in prompt engineering, domain-specific LLM fine-tuning, multimodal learning, LLMOps/MLOps including containerization and CI/CD, as well as publications or contributions to open-source projects.
