This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models for production settings.

• Create and enhance AI-driven applications utilizing large language models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.

• Develop smart automation workflows, chatbots, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics solutions.

• Fine-tune, assess, and optimize machine learning models for performance and scalability.

• Collaborate with software engineers and product teams to embed AI features into existing platforms.

• Work with both structured and unstructured datasets for training and inference pipelines.

• Apply prompt engineering techniques and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.

• Monitor AI systems, resolve issues, and enhance model accuracy and efficiency on an ongoing basis.

• Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.

• Document AI models, systems, and workflows thoroughly.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or comparable software engineering positions.

• Proficient in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or LangChain.

• Practical experience with OpenAI APIs, LLMs, generative AI, or NLP systems.

• Experience in deploying machine learning models to production environments.

• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures.

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines is advantageous.

• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and best practices in software engineering.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills and capability to thrive in a remote, collaborative setting.
