AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Developing agency pipelines that transform an idea into a finished episode of a series without manual steps between scripting, generation, and editing.

• Converting working prototypes (MVP, PoC) into production-ready systems with a web interface for the entire team.

• Designing a unified Knowledge Base for individuals and agents, facilitating collaboration across various departments.

• Rapid integration of new generative video and text models into production on the day of release.

• Researching and implementing new architectures for agency systems: multi-agent workflows, tool calling, memory, guardrails, and self-recovery.

• Analyzing patterns in user interactions with agents and automating typical scenarios.

• Reducing time and manual editing at each stage of content production—from scripting to final editing.

• Monitoring new models, techniques, and practices in generative AI and adapting them for production.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience in an engineer/developer role.

• Proficiency in TypeScript, Nest.js, and Next.js.

• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Docker.

• Understanding of observability.

• Experience implementing agentic AI systems: multi-agent workflows, tool calling, MCP, RAG, state/memory, structured outputs, evaluations, guardrails, and recovery.

• Experience with generative video: video generation models/APIs, asynchronous media pipelines, FFmpeg, ensuring consistency, and automated quality control.

• Familiarity with Python for AI/ML prototypes and model work is preferred.

• Knowledge of fine-tuning, LoRA, and PyTorch is preferred.

• Understanding of GPU infrastructure and inference optimization is preferred.

• Familiarity with computer vision, lip-sync, and character consistency is preferred.

• Knowledge of knowledge graphs and hybrid RAG is preferred.
