This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

• Design, create, and implement scalable applications utilizing Go, Python, and other contemporary programming languages.

• Develop and integrate AI-enabled solutions, encompassing prompt engineering and automation workflows.

• Quickly prototype and refine new concepts to produce minimum viable products (MVPs).

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to outline, design, and execute technical solutions.

• Enhance code for performance, scalability, and ease of maintenance.

• Engage in design reviews, code evaluations, and contribute to enhancing processes.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar discipline.

• Expertise in Go, Python, and at least one other modern programming language (Java, C#, or Rust).

• Background in AI/ML frameworks and automation tools (e.g., IBM UFT, PowerAutomate).

• Solid understanding of cloud-native development and container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).

• Experience with OpenAI.

• Practical experience with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD workflows.

• Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architecture.

• Knowledge of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).

• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
