AI Engineer – AI Agents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and manage the systems that empower Voice AI and Text AI agents.

• Create system-level prompts that influence agent behavior and results.

• Construct tool-calling integrations for dependable real-world actions.

• Develop LLM-as-a-judge evaluations and enhance AI observability.

• Collaborate closely with product and design teams.

• Implement industry-standard engineering practices.

• Mentor and support junior engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in building LLMs in a production environment.

• Strong backend development skills in one or more languages such as Elixir, Go, Python, or another equivalent server-side language.

• Ability to navigate the entire stack (from data modeling and LLM/agent logic to APIs).

• Proven history of leading projects from specifications to launch with multiple contributors.

• A strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Enthusiastic about staying updated with advancements in AI technology.
