Mobile Application Developer – AI Finance Agent

📋 Description

• Develop and implement Android features utilizing Kotlin.

• Design seamless mobile experiences for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to streamline intricate user journeys.

• Integrate backend APIs, ensuring that mobile flows remain stable, secure, and dependable.

• Enhance app performance, reduce crash rates, improve loading times, responsiveness, and memory utilization.

• Leverage analytics, user behavior, and production challenges to refine the product.

• Create AI-assisted mobile experiences only when they truly enhance the user journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Android development using Kotlin.

• Solid Android fundamentals with a history of delivering production-quality apps.

• Good understanding of Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and contemporary Android architecture.

• Strong awareness of mobile user experience, usability, edge cases, and user flows.

• Experience in integrating REST APIs and troubleshooting production-related issues.

• Ability to execute tasks quickly, take ownership, and maintain a high level of product quality.

• Providing app links, GitHub repositories, screenshots, or examples of completed work is a significant advantage.
