This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI systems that automate tasks, enhance decision-making, and introduce innovative workflows for enterprise clients.

• Create multi-step agents and utilize tool-using LLM systems.

• Integrate AI systems with both structured and unstructured data sources.

• Package AI systems into services for use by other engineers and applications.

• Take ownership of system evaluations, observability, and feedback loops for continuous improvement.

• Work closely with strategists, engineers, and designers throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Over 3 years of experience in delivering AI-powered systems in a production environment.

• Educational background in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, or a related technical or scientific field.

• Proficiency in Python programming.

• Well-versed in modern LLM engineering concepts, including agents, MCP, skills, tool usage, retrieval, structured outputs, and evaluations.

• Ability to encapsulate AI logic into services that are easily consumable by other engineers without unexpected complexities.
