• This position is fully remote.

• We are looking for an Intermediate/Senior AI Engineer to join our remote team in the development of innovative clinical reasoning systems that revolutionize healthcare decision-making.

• As a member of a mission-oriented startup, you will play a key role in creating explainable, evidence-based AI pipelines that amalgamate patient data, medical expertise, and contextual reasoning to provide clear and reliable clinical insights.

• This position is well-suited for a technically adept engineer who is enthusiastic about harnessing AI to address tangible healthcare problems, emphasizing transparency, scalability, and impactful solutions.

• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance AI systems that are both scientifically sound and clinically applicable.

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Bioengineering, Computational Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline.

• Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant industry experience in similar AI/ML positions will be given preference.

• Proficiency in utilizing the latest AI coding platforms such as Claude/Claude Code, along with development expertise in these tools.

• Familiarity with RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt optimization techniques.

• Strong proficiency in Python development, including modular coding, debugging, and version control practices.

• Knowledge of quantization, model sharding, and distributed inference/training methods.

• A basic comprehension of software architectures.

• Experience with REST/gRPC APIs and backend integration.

• Familiarity with asyncio and parallel processing strategies.

• Knowledge of Docker-based workflows and cloud-native principles.

• Understanding of system design for scalable AI pipelines.

• A solid grasp of basic statistics up to hypothesis testing.
