AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and integrate solutions based on large language models (LLMs) utilizing platforms like OpenAI, Microsoft Azure AI, and AWS AI/ML;

• Construct, orchestrate, and maintain intelligent agents and multi-agent systems across various business sectors;

• Design and implement automation workflows and AI pipelines utilizing TypeScript and JavaScript;

• Utilize prompt engineering methodologies to enhance the performance and dependability of language models in production environments;

• Connect external tools and services through protocols such as MCP (Model Context Protocol) and REST APIs;

• Work collaboratively with product, data, and leadership teams to pinpoint AI opportunities and convert business goals into technical solutions;

• Ensure the quality, traceability, and security of deployed AI solutions, adhering to software engineering best practices;

• Keep abreast of developments in the AI landscape (models, frameworks, tools) and suggest ongoing improvements to current solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines (or equivalent proven experience);

• Significant experience with TypeScript and/or JavaScript in medium to large-scale projects;

• Practical experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar);

• Understanding of prompt engineering, including techniques such as few-shot learning, chain-of-thought reasoning, and structured outputs;

• Familiarity with developing AI agents and orchestrating multi-agent systems (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar);

• Knowledge of protocols and integration methods for tools using LLMs, such as MCP (Model Context Protocol);

• Experience in utilizing and configuring cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure and/or AWS;

• Capability to articulate technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
