AI Endpoint Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Package, test, and deploy applications across Mac and Windows endpoints.

• Act as the primary EUC contact for the AI team.

• Assist in the installation and configuration of enterprise AI tools on user endpoints.

• Monitor, assess, and report on the performance impacts of endpoints.

• Design and implement automated workflows for the provisioning of AI client software.

• Continuously enhance standard operating environment images and deployment standards.

• Configure and enforce policies for endpoints.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on enterprise AI tools.

• Function as Tier 3 escalation for endpoint incidents concerning AI applications.

• Evaluate new and emerging AI tools.

• Maintain and update internal documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional experience in End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, or endpoint management roles.

• Strong interest and familiarity with the landscape of enterprise AI tools.

• Extensive expertise in application packaging and deployment across both Windows and macOS platforms.

• Advanced knowledge of contemporary device management practices.

• Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python).

• Experience in monitoring and reporting on endpoint/application performance and health metrics.

• Proven troubleshooting skills with AI applications at the endpoint level.

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities.

• Experience in designing and documenting repeatable IT support or provisioning workflows.
