AI Enablement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Drive the enterprise-wide adoption of AI tools and workflows across various departments.

• Collaborate with business leaders to pinpoint operational inefficiencies and identify opportunities for AI integration.

• Design and execute AI-driven process enhancements that boost productivity and minimize manual tasks.

• Serve as an internal consultant to business teams on AI applications and workflow optimization.

• Assist in establishing AI best practices and advocate for responsible AI usage throughout the organization.

• Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

• Aid in managing organizational change associated with AI implementation and workflow transformation.

• Create resources, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) pertaining to AI usage and processes.

• Lead the deployment and optimization of AI tools and platforms.

• Monitor and report on the outcomes of AI initiatives, including adoption metrics, productivity gains, and operational impacts.

• Ensure that AI utilization aligns with company policies, compliance standards, and operational objectives.

• Maintain well-organized documentation related to AI initiatives, workflows, and training resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Technology, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field is required.

• Over 3 years of experience in operations, process improvement, digital transformation, project management, AI enablement, or related business functions is required.

• Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to automate or enhance business processes.

• Experience in supporting enterprise-wide technology or transformation initiatives.

• Proven capability to analyze and redesign processes for improved efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

• Strong project management and organizational abilities.

• Preferred experience in highly regulated industries, such as manufacturing, retail, or cannabis.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to train and assist employees with varying levels of technical expertise.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and AI productivity platforms.
