AI Enablement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the PLNT Group in its transformation into an AI-focused organization.

• Evaluate departments and workflows to uncover AI opportunities.

• Determine, organize, and prioritize AI use cases based on value and feasibility.

• Offer advisory support for AI use cases from conception to execution.

• Create training programs, manuals, and onboarding tools.

• Empower business units to utilize AI tools independently.

• Execute practical automations.

• Develop a reusable library of prompts and skills.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders and facilitate communication between business units and roles.

• Foster an AI-centric approach to work.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of AI initiatives through well-defined KPIs, showcasing value and return on investment.

• Organized and outcome-oriented working approach.

• Educational background in fields such as Business Informatics, Computer Science, AI, Digital Business, or a similar discipline.

• Initial professional experience is required.

• Preferably, experience in leading or contributing to AI projects.
