AI Enablement Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and implement AI enablement programs that span the entire fluency ladder, from basic onboarding to advanced practitioner training.

• Develop educational materials, content, and references encompassing Claude, Cowork, and Claude Code.

• Facilitate live training sessions, workshops, and office hours, while also producing asynchronous learning content for self-directed study.

• Collaborate with managers throughout the organization to pinpoint team-level adoption gaps and execute targeted enablement initiatives.

• Provide one-on-one coaching for individuals and teams to resolve specific workflow obstacles and enhance fluency growth.

• Identify and document high-impact use cases within the organization, sharing them as patterns for others to implement.

• Assess fluency advancements and significant tool usage, reporting adoption results to leadership.

• Work alongside AI Guild engineers to help onboard employees onto new internal AI tools as they become available.

• Keep abreast of the Anthropic product suite and convert new features into accessible training and guidance materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of professional experience in customer education, technical training, learning and development, or a related discipline.

• Strong personal fluency with Claude and modern agentic AI tools, demonstrated by regular use as a power user.

• Established history of designing and delivering training programs that resulted in measurable behavioral changes.

• Experience in curriculum design, including audience segmentation, defining learning outcomes, and constructing progression paths.

• Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities across both live and asynchronous formats.

• Outstanding written communication skills tailored for non-technical audiences.

• Comfortable with technical concepts and command line tools, including proficiency in Claude Code and its application in real workflows.

• Capability to measure learning outcomes and adoption metrics, iterating programs based on data insights.

• Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and influence adoption across various organizational levels.
