This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +13 more states.
• Gain insight into the operations of various teams across the organization (Customer Service, Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, Product, etc.) and pinpoint significant opportunities for AI integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define challenges, map out workflows, and assess potential value and required effort.
• Investigate and assess AI tools and methodologies (LLMs, copilots, workflow automation, search/RAG, lightweight agents) applicable to business use cases.
• Develop and evaluate small prototypes or proofs of concept (e.g.: prompt workflows, chat-based assistants, automation scripts, internal knowledge helpers).
• Produce clear documentation and playbooks to ensure others can replicate your work (prompt guides, best practices, example workflows).
• Assist in conducting straightforward enablement activities such as demonstrations, office hours, training sessions, and gathering feedback.
• Monitor outcomes and insights, noting what succeeded, what fell short, and making recommendations for future steps.
• Adhere to responsible AI practices, encompassing data privacy, security, and quality standards.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree as a rising Junior or Senior (graduating in 2027 or 2028), pursuing a Master’s degree, or an upcoming graduate (May 2026).
• Genuine interest in AI and a desire to understand how it can enhance real-world workflows.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and engage in structured experimentation.
• Excellent communication skills, including the capacity to convey technical concepts in an easily understandable manner.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Analytical thinker, capable of dissecting problems and proposing actionable solutions.
• Previous hands-on experience utilizing AI in settings such as internships, co-ops, research projects, academic labs, or similar environments (preferred).
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, JavaScript, or automation tools (such as Zapier, Make, Apps Script, etc.) (preferred).
• Knowledge of LLMs and prompt design, including the ability to evaluate output quality (preferred).
• Experience in creating lightweight prototypes (spreadsheets, dashboards, scripts, basic apps) (preferred).
• Interest in product thinking, process enhancement, and change management (preferred).
